From my sales person, Sabrina, to my installer, Jose, my experience was great. Sabrina communicated clearly and efficiently at every step of the transaction to make me feel confident the job would be done on time and correctly. The installer was professiinal and prompt. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure to ask me little details to make sure i had everything exactly how i wanted it. The seams were so clean that when the customer came to look, she thought it was 1 huge piece! There were some slight issues with the fit of the stone in the beginning and they not only made sure to immediately fix it, they took care of me, making the entire transaction easy and seamless. Not only are the counters beautiful, Ive built a repeat relationship with them where i will now use them for all of my companies installs. When it comes time to decide who to use for your next project....id trust them. The world is filled with many businesses and people who don't do what they say and say what they do. Why deal with that when you can be working with people of integrity? Thank you to you guys for the wonderful job and the excellent customer service.
